The list of three crew members of China's Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft is confirmed, and there are three more backups
Ji Qiming, assistant director of the China Manned Space Engineering Office, introduced at the press conference that the Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft flight crew is composed of astronauts Nie Haisheng, Liu Boming and Tang Hongbo. Nie Haisheng serves as commander and backup astronaut. They are Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping, and Ye Guangfu.
Among the three astronauts, super astronaut Nie Haisheng has participated in the Shenzhou 6 and Shenzhou 10 manned missions, super astronaut Liu Boming has participated in the Shenzhou 7 manned mission, and the second astronaut Tang Hongbo is the first flight.
The China Manned Space Engineering Office held a press conference at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on the morning of the 16th. Ji Qiming, assistant to the director of the office, announced that after the research and decision of the space station stage flight mission command headquarters, it will aim at launching the Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft at 9:22 on June 17th, Beijing time. The Long March 2 F remote launch mission will be carried out. Twelve Rockets carried out propellant refueling on the morning of the 16th.
